Factory Reset

Follow this guide to confidently perform a complete factory reset on your Automed device, a vital step for troubleshooting or preparing the device for a fresh start.

How to do a complete factory reset

Step 1: Start by ensuring the adapter is disconnected from the device and the battery is properly inserted. Then, pull the trigger to navigate through the menu until you reach the "Factory Reset" option. Once you've selected it, hold down the trigger until the device emits a "Beep" confirming your selection.

After you hear the beep from the device, it signifies that the factory reset has been completed, and the device will automatically revert back to the main menu.
